Eisner Awards 2017 : le palmarès. Le vendredi 21 juin furent décernés les Eisner Awards, prix prestigieux américains qui récompensent les meilleurs albums et les meilleurs auteurs publiés aux Etats-Unis en 2016 dans de nombreuses catégories. Le Comic Con de San Diego était en effervescence. Le public a donc découvert un palmarès fort avec notamment Raina Telgemeier, Sonny Liew, Fiona Staples, Jeff Lemire, Jason Shiga et même Moebius qui ont été récompensés.

LES EISNER AWARDS : DES PRIX PRESTIGIEUX

Comic-Con International de San Diego est le siège du Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards, la version mondiale des Oscars de la bande dessinée. Ces prix prestigieux furent crées par Dave Olbrich en 1988.

HALL OF FAME

Le Hall of fame est le Temple de la renommée ou Panthéon qui consiste à honorer des auteurs majeurs de la bande dessinée. L’année dernière (2016), le français Jacques Tardi avait été nommé à ce titre honorifique. Pour 2017, le jury a choisi : Milt Gross, H. G. Peter, Antonio Prohias et Dori Seda.
